    If you are registered on our website, you can update your information in the ‘Modify account’ section.

    If you have placed an order, please contact us as soon as possible with the correct order number and billing information.

  • How and when will I receive the invoice for my order?

    The invoice is automatically generated when the package is picked up by the transport agency. It is automatically sent to the email address you used to place the order.

    If you have registered on our website, you can also view the invoice in the ‘Invoices’ section. If you do not have an account with us, please contact us with the order number or the email address used to place the order.

  • How can I place an order without VAT?

    To be exempt from VAT, you must have a valid VAT number. If you have one, open an account on our website. There you can add your VAT number.

  • I paid tax on the order but I have a valid VAT number, can this be replaced later?

    Please also send us your valid tax identification number. We will reimburse you the corresponding amount. If you paid by bank transfer, we also need your bank details to issue a refund.

  • Where can I find the invoice?

    If you are registered on our website you can download it in the ‘Invoices’ section. If you are not registered, you must contact us with the following information.

    Our company is based in Barcelona, so we invoice in Spain.
